"4 months ago I started on a journey to become fit and healthy in 2018.

Partnering with Lisa Raleigh as my wellness coach was probably the best thing for me.

I started off with a 10 day elimination cleanse which took away 8 of the major food groups in my diet for those 10 days. “I’ll never forget our holiday in the Natal Midlands when my daughter, Bella was around six months old. The weather was temperamental, so I couldn’t train outdoors, and I felt tired, thanks to a couple of sleepless nights.
