This fun, a 20-minute workout is guaranteed to make you smile and give your whole body a brilliant workout. The session is jam-packed with traditional aerobic style moves such as jumping jacks, side to side hops, front and side arm raises and double butt kicks. Plus a combination of upper body exercises to target those bingo wings. You’ll be performing lateral raises, bent over rows, reverse flyes and chest presses – all while bouncing to the beat!  All you’ll need is a set of 1-2kg dumbbells.
