I don’t really order smoothies when I’m out, because most are packed with hidden sugars and unhealthy fats, and the truth is, you just never know exactly what’s in them. However, I do love a good, nourishing smoothie, especially if I’m after a healthy breakfast that’ll digest quickly before a workout.

This nutty chocolate smoothie ticks all the boxes

for me. It’s rich in healthy fats and protein, plus a bit of cocoa (because we all need a bit of chocolate in our lives!) and over 50 organic whole food greens thanks to Super Scoop. And the good news is, the kids will love it too and it’s so simple to make, so no mess or fuss in the kitchen.
