What to Bring: A pen, sweat towel, water bottle and a pair of non-slip socks or bounti Soles (also available for purchase in-studio)
Age Limit: 12 to 16 years old (for teens ONLY; parents may NOT participate)

Please Note: If you have chosen to have a journal supplied for you, it will be available for you to collect at the bounti Studio on the day of the event. If you have chosen to bring your own journal, please ensure that you do so.

Welcome to the bounti Revive Workshop! Join us for Part 2 of this transformative workshop series, designed to guide teen girls on a journey of mental and physical wellness. Led by bounti instructor, Steph Fourie, and registered dietitian, Carly Seager, this workshop provides a safe space for girls to be themselves, feel supported, and connect with like-minded peers. Here, they can express themselves freely and become immersed in a community of wellness outside of their usual environments. Let’s help our teens not only to survive, but to thrive!

Together, Carly and Steph will guide the girls through an immersive experience that will dive deeper into the connection between nutrition, movement and mental well-being, leaving them feeling informed, energised and empowered.

  • Nourish with Carly:

    Carly is a registered dietitian with a passion for guiding young people toward healthier, more balanced lifestyles. At this workshop, she’ll explore the essential aspects of a healthy diet and nutrition, helping the girls set the foundation for lifelong wellness! From understanding the importance of each food group to mastering portion control, Carly will equip them with practical tips to fuel their bodies properly.

    She'll also discuss the dangers of crash dieting, the effects of excessive caffeine consumption, and how what we eat directly impacts our mental and physical health. The girls will have the opportunity to take notes and ask questions, using their journals to capture Carly’s valuable insights. With her approachable and relatable disposition, Carly makes nutrition accessible and engaging, ensuring the girls walk away with the tools they need to make healthy choices!
  • Move with Steph:

    Steph is our talented bounti Sculpt rebounding instructor, passionate about mental health and fitness. Following her own struggles and mental health journey, Steph has developed a huge personal passion for mental wellness. She will lead an uplifting, fun and engaging rebounding session with motivating music, highlighting the role of physical exercise in overall wellbeing!

    She’ll teach the girls about the importance of the mind-muscle connection, showing them how to maximise the benefits of their exercise. Steph will also share how movement, especially rebounding, plays a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing mental health. Through this interactive workout, the girls will learn how to use movement as a powerful tool for both body and mind.

During the workshop, the girls will also have time to reflect on what they’ve learned, jot down their thoughts, and practice mindfulness. This quiet time is designed to help them process the teachings of the day, set personal goals, and connect with their inner selves.

Whether your teen is dealing with school stress, academic pressures, or general mental challenges, the Revive Workshop offers a healthy outlet, the tools they need to manage stress in a healthy way, and a much-needed support structure! Part 2 is the perfect opportunity for them to further build on their wellness journey, all about nourishing the body, moving with purpose, and creating a strong foundation for both physical and mental health.

Parents, feel free to enjoy a coffee or breakfast at nearby restaurants while your teen participates in the workshop! Encourage them to come along for a morning of fun, wellness, and revival.
