If you’re still relatively new to rebounding, or you want to improve on mastering the basics and fundamentals, it’s definitely a great place to start and/or improve.

Within the 45 to 60 minutes, Cait covers all the bases: cardio, toning, strength and stretching. With the addition of some light equipment here and there, take the session at your own pace. Enjoy high-energy tunes, and some well-deserved, guilt-free “me time”.
