Rulene’s beginner classes are light, dynamic and comprehensive. They’re great for those at a beginner level, or for those who are simply looking for a lighter workout. If you’re still relatively new to rebounding, and want to improve on mastering the basics and fundamentals, it’s definitely a great place to start.

Within the 45 to 60 minutes of the beginner classes, we cover all the bases: cardio, toning, strength and stretching. Despite adding some equipment here and there, Rulene’s sessions mostly only use body weight. Enjoy her high-energy tunes, and some well-deserved, guilt-free ‘me time’.

Love these classes!

I bought this bundle because I could never make the live classes, and it is worth it! It is great for beginners, as I have only done 5 and 10 minute rebound workouts before this one. However it is still tough! A great workout. Each class has a warmup up and cool down stretch. I love Rulene's music choices and workout moves. There is a variety of rebounding and Pilates style workouts in between. I can't hear her very well in some videos but the moves are still easy to follow. Thank you for making these FOMO classes available!
