Each workout is led by our passionate and experienced bounti Kids’ instructor, Meg, who’s not only a qualified teacher but also a certified au pair. Her love for working with kids shines through every session, ensuring that learning, movement, and fun come together perfectly!

These 10 themed workouts include the following:

  • FOMO Workout #1: Vacay (no equipment needed) – enjoy a fun, vacation-themed kiddies’ workout with an awesome playlist!
  • FOMO Workout #2: Ball Skills (Mini Pilates Ball needed) – focuses on all the coordination, balance and motor skills incorporated when using a mini-Pilates ball
  • FOMO Workout #3: Midline Crossing (broom needed) – grab a broom at home, for a quick, fun session that focuses on crossing the midline
  • FOMO Workout #4: Animal Walks (no equipment needed) – an animal-inspired workout, including imitating many of the movements animals would typically make
  • FOMO Workout #5: Afrikaans Party (no equipment needed) – an all-Afrikaans workout, from instructions to playlist… Kom ons bons!
  • FOMO Workout #6: Seaside (Mini Pilates Ball needed) – a beach and sea-themed workout, with a little bit of everything, including a balance challenge with the mini-Pilates Ball
  • FOMO Workout #7: Kids’ Stretch and Balance (no equipment needed) – a bouncing-free kiddies’ stretch session, involving a lot more slowed down movement, breathing, concentration and static balance
  • FOMO Workout #8: Book Challenge (book needed) – a workout that focuses on posture, balance and coordination, using a book in many different ways
  • FOMO Workout #9: Listening Skills (no equipment needed) – an equipment-free workout that includes a lot of action songs, and focuses on processing, memory and following instructions
  • FOMO Workout #10: Christmas (no equipment) – a fun, festive, holiday-themed workout!

With themes ranging from exciting adventures like seaside explorations and animal-inspired movements to skill-building sessions focused on balance, coordination, and even midline crossing, there’s something to captivate every child. Whether your little one is bouncing along to an Afrikaans party or strengthening their motor skills with a mini Pilates ball, these workouts are as educational as they are energetic!

Each workout is between 20 and 30 minutes long, making them the perfect fit for a fun activity break or a structured part of your child’s daily routine.
