Fabulous Classes!

These classes are so awesome with great music - about 50 minutes and such a great variety of exercises, loving them so much!

Amazing workouts

What an amazing bundle, I love the online, but very hard when your WIFI is working overtime with kids, downloading the workouts and doing them whenever I want is fantastic, the quality is very good and love the music that goes with it. I also love the fact the you tell us that we are almost there and just keep going, it’s like you know I need that little motivation to keep going. Thank you for amazing workouts.

Great workout Videos

These class style rebounding workouts are awesome and such fun. They are a good next step once you have progressed to the 45 min videos. However, they are just shorter than an hour, so keep that in mind if you are wanting to do at least an hour. I normally just do some of the cardio sections twice to make up an hour.
