End-of-Year, Festive Season Notice
Dear beloved bounti family,
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! As we all gear up for an exciting holiday season, please take note of the following important information.
We will be closed for the festive season from Friday, 20th December to Monday, 6th January. After Saturday, 21st December, no classes will take place – in-person or online again until Saturday, 4th January 2025; however, if you’d still like to maintain your fitness this festive season, you can check out our downloadable FOMO Workouts that you can do offline, from anywhere at any time!
Our bounti Franchise Studios will have their own, separate cut-off dates during the Festive Season. To find out more about their availability, you can find their contact details below:
With regards to online shopping, via our e-store, you will need to make your purchases by the 13th of December latest, if you’d like to receive your order by Christmas (25th December). However, if your order is being dispatched within Gauteng, we recommend making your purchase by the 18th of December latest if you’d like to receive it by Christmas.
Due to the festive season, our couriers are inundated and backlogged. Unfortunately, they are only able to collect a specific amount of parcels each day, which is completely out of our control, and may result in your delivery being delayed. It may take longer for you to receive your parcel, if your order is placed after the 13th of December. If you place your order later than midday (12:00PM) on 13th of December, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order before Christmas.
Placed your order too late? Although your special delivery may be delayed due to distance or logistics, check out our Digital Gift Cards as our thoughtful solution. These adorable cards have a beautiful design template that you can write on, print or download, to let your loved one know that their gift is on the way. They’re totally free of cost, with 2 stunning designs to choose from. Put it in a cute envelope, and pop it under the Christmas Tree or in a gift bag – ready for that special someone to open!
Please note that we are closed from the 20th of December, meaning dispatching will stop then, and resume again in January when we reopen our doors. If your parcel is still in transit, or with the couriers on the 20th of December, please note that it will stay where it is (at the depot), and be delivered to you in the new year – from Monday, 6th January 2025.
Some great news – you will still be able to gain access to, and receive any of our digital products (such as downloadable workouts or programmes), throughout the festive season – within 3 days after checkout, as usual. Yay!
Please note that our registered dietician, Carly Seager, will be on leave from the 16th of December to the 13th of January. Along with delayed communications from her, clients can also expect to receive their DNA kits, feedback and reports from the 13th of January, if they place an order for a consult or DNA kit after the 16th of December.
If you have your DNA kit(s) already, please note that you will need to arrange for a courier to get it to the lab before the 18th of December, which is the date that the lab closes. DNA kits will still be available for purchase at the Lisa Raleigh Nicolway Store over this time period, however you will only be able to actually complete your DNA test (provide your sample) from the 6th of January 2025 when the lab re-opens.
We’re happy to announce that the Lisa Raleigh Store (Shop U41B, Winifred Mandela Precinct, Bryanston) will remain open throughout the majority of the festive season. We are only closed on Christmas Day (25th December), and New Year’s Day (1st January). So, if you’d like to pop in for some last-minute Christmas shopping and spoils, feel free to do so – provided that the product you’d like to purchase is available there! Our trading hours are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 09:00AM to 18:00PM
Sundays and public holidays: 09:00AM to 15:00PM
It’s been an incredibly busy year for us all, and just like everyone else, our team needs a break and some time off to spend with our family and loved ones these holidays. We ask you to please be patient and bear with us, until we re-open our doors in January.
