Rebounding workouts from 05:00AM until 06:00AM every weekday (and 06:00AM to 07:00AM on weekends) live online with all of you was not only a game-changer for Staf's fitness, but also for his productivity, mindset, and overall lifestyle. After recently doing it again for the third time at the end of 2024, and seeing how many who joined him experience the same outcomes, he's agreed to doing it again – and with this FOURTH 30-Day Challenge, he’s inviting you AGAIN, at NO COST TO YOU, to join him as we head into the new year!

Here are the details for Staf’s 30-Day Consistency Challenge 4.0:

  • Start date: Tuesday, 28th January 2025
  • End date: Wednesday, 26th February 2025
  • 7 days a week: 05:00AM every weekday, 06:00AM on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Preliminary workshops: To ensure that you're ready to participate in the challenge with all the necessary skills and knowledge, we encourage you to attend Lisa and Jono's Johannesburg-based "Beginner's Introduction to Rebounding" Workshop, as well as their "Strength Fundamentals" Workshop; both taking place during the last weekend of January. We're also offering these incredibly invaluable workshops in Cape Town during the first weekend of February!

  • Progress over perfection: Because it's a new year and we expect to have a lot more beginners joining the challenge this time around, Staf's workouts will actually be progressive. We'll start out with more beginner-friendly sessions, and gradually up the intensity as we go!

  • Camera optional: You can turn your camera on if you’d like, so we can all see each other!
  • In-Body Scale Test: We recommend you do this before we begin and again at the end so you can compare the results. You can book an In-Body Scale Test (Monday to Friday) with Carly. Alternatively, you can search for your nearest In-Body Scale testing location HERE
  • Accountability partner: We recommend that you invite your partner and/or join with a friend or family member to keep each other motivated!
  • Give something up and do something for someone else: As an additional, added layer to make this version of the challenge slightly different, we're encouraging you to also give up a vice or bad habit for the 30-day duration; whether it's alcohol, sugar or even swearing! Additionally, we'd like to spread some positivity by encouraging you to perform a daily act of kindness. It doesn't necessarily have to be monetary and you can get as creative with it as you'd like; whether it's washing your neighbour's car or buying your co-worker lunch

Whoop whoop - let’s go again!

I cannot believe how this challenge has grown - a testament to the commitment of people who set it up (Staf!) and the joy of the participants! I joined the first challenge as I found it “by accident” on Octive. I tried to do 3 days a week. For the second challenge I upped my goals and on challenge 3.0 I did 5-6 days a week initially but managed the last 17 days back to back! I felt such progress and personal success!
The challenge has taught me the beauty of early mornings (I’m not a morning person!) and I spend time after working out just reading things important to me (I read the word of god, so Staf - sorry but I don’t stick around for your readings although I know so many people benefit from the insights you share from others). Then I am refreshed and start the morning rush to get kids to school. I have found a new balance, a new energy and a new beauty in every day.

Now I wish there were early morning training sessions all the time!!
