Rebounding workouts from 5am till 6am every weekday (and 6:00AM to 07:00am on weekends) live online with all of you was not only a game-changer for his fitness, but for his productivity, mindset, and overall lifestyle. Here are the details for Staf’s 30-Day Consistency Challenge:

  • Start date: Monday, 4th November 2024
  • End date: Tuesday, 4th December 2024
  • 7 days a week: 05:00AM every weekday, 06:00AM on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)

  • Workout variety: Staf will follow pre-recorded bounti Workouts from all our different bounti HQ instructors

  • Special Lisa Raleigh workout: Once a week, bounti founder, Lisa Raleigh may lead a LIVE workout session with mini tutorials included
  • In-Body Scale Test: We recommend you do this before we begin and again at the end so you can compare the results. You can book an InBody Scale Test Mon-Fri with Carly. Alternatively, you can search for your nearest InBody Scale testing location HERE
  • Accountability partner: We recommend that you invite your partner and/or join with a friend or family member to keep each other motivated!

Life enhancing experience...

I have never consistently rebounded or exercised for that matter daily, but taking in the challenge just made that goal possible. I love the camaraderie in the group, the advice given, the daily motivation from Staff and just to overall willingness from both Staff and Lisa to provide us with info and tips to make this journey easier, enjoyable and habit forming. You won't regret signing up for this challenge. It has changed my life for the better.

30 days of AWESOMENESS

Thank you to all that is involved, this is just want i needed after my Hip replacement to get back on track. Must say i was worried about the 5h00, BUT surprisingly, love it, i have so much more energy for the day and feel great! PS: weekends are a bit difficult for me....... especially now, have a lot of year-end functions and kuierkies. What am i gonna do after the 30 days???
