Burn fat and tone every muscle with this full-body, intermediate rebounding workout. Expect to do a variety of exercises for the upper and lower body including core stability moves, heel taps, high knees and tricep kickbacks. Plus, a few isolated conditioning exercises for the thighs and glutes. For these, you’ll need a resistance band to perform low jump squats, pulses and alternating side-kicks. The vibey music in this workout has a strong beat to make you feel good while bouncing up a sweat! You’ll also need a set of optional 1-2kg dumbbells.

I did this workout recently as part of the Bounti 8-week challenge. It's not too advanced but tough enough to give you a great workout and blast some calories. It provided a good balance of cardio, arm & leg exercises to get a full-body workout. Definitely doing this one again!
