WHAT THEY ARE:
If you enjoy the energy of my live classes, but none of the class times suits you for that particular day or week, the good news is, you can now DOWNLOAD my bounti FOMO classes. FOMO stands for “Fear of missing out” and these classes offer you the chance to join my live classes but in your own time.

HOW THEY WORK:
All my 50-55 minute live classes from the day are converted into downloadable files. While some bounti FOMO classes are shared as they are, others have been edited to include voice prompts, good music and countdowns. You now have the chance to train along to any of the previous classes I’ve shot and recorded over the past year – either at the hall in Parkhurst or at home.

Massive File Sizes

I have not even been able to use these yet as I cannot download 3GB files per video, or even watch them from the link received as the files are so ridiculously massive! Now I have been asked to go into their head office with a memory stick as there is no refund and no way of them compressing their files. Not user-friendly at all. Very disappointing.
