Four out of the five HIIT workouts sent to me were sent in a .MV4 format and one file MP4 format - The .MV4 format does not play on a TV when loaded onto a usb.
I contacted customer support and they just sent me the exact same files again.
I contacted them again and explained the situation and have not heard back from them since. I tried to convert the files myself but because of the large size of the files I would need to purchase a program and I am not prepared to do that as I have already paid for the files! It would be nice if someone could contact me to sort out this problem….
